Five things on the Internet that I’m a fan of this week:
- I love writing that can make me nostalgic for things I never experienced, and this piece about a tree-planting hippie collective in Oregon certainly does that.

- I’ve never thought much about how carbon fiber bikes are made, but I definitely didn’t think it involved putting pieces of Styrofoam in plastic bags and taping them together. But it totally does! (this is a long video, watch at your own productivity-ending risk)

- This video from Red Bull is jaw-dropping.
- If it seems weird that there’s a ballot initiative to decide whether Colorado will reintroduce gray wolves… well, it is weird but it’s still happening.
